My boyfriend has been getting into aquariums so we went to look around & get ideas. Definitely got some things out of it & they've got a really good variety of fish & other animals. We were there with a group of friends and they kept themselves entertained with the cute critters lol.

The outside has been completely upgraded. It looks beautiful. They even have electric vehicle charging spot on the side of the building. All new pavement. Huge improvements to the exterior. Now, if they shift focus to the inside, that would be awesome! It's a tight space, but they have everything. It's busy, but there is enough staff to keep the pace moving good. We've always had a good customer experience here. Plus, the staff has always been great with my kids and all their questions!

Due to some unfortunate events, our snakes were left behind from a previous tenant and we kept them. The owner of this store helped us in the right direction to caring for them. Tanks, bedding, food for their size and I’m so thankful that he was there to help. Very knowledgeable group of people who work there and we wouldn’t have two happy, healthy and full snakes without them. Thank you so much!

Great experience at critters, they helped me start an aquarium from scratch. An employee took me around and helped me with every single thing I needed. Answered all my questions and told me exactly what to do. So impressed with the knowledge and how helpful! Everyone at the store was great but bonus points to employee Matt for all the help!

Best place to get supplies and if you complain about the size of the store, just know this, you don't need a vast amount of space when your purchasing the perfect products to sell already. I've never gotten crap product once and when low or out of stock they inform you of when more is coming because they care about your pets/ family as well, and my familys healthy because of the products they believe in.
